Partner Dashboard Design
As a UI/UX Designer at Sagi Digital Agency, I had the incredible opportunity to contribute to the redesign of the Personal Area Dashboard for Partner. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, understanding user needs, and defining the UI, we created a dashboard that now serves millions of users across Israel. By focusing on user-centric design principles, we empowered users with comprehensive information and services, delivering a seamless and intuitive experience. The redesigned Dashboard has had a significant impact on Partner’s user base, serving millions of users every month. By providing a user-centric design solution, we have empowered users to navigate and utilize Partner’s services with ease and confidence. This ensures that the Dashboard will continue to provide a seamless and delightful user experience as Partner’s user base grows, which by the way, it is used as I designed it until today, 5 years later.
The redesigned Dashboard acts as a central hub, offering users access to a wealth of information and services. It provides a comprehensive overview of all the services offered by the company, including internet, cellular, and TV. Moreover, it offers users valuable data about their accounts, such as last billing details, data usage, call history, and monthly statistics. The Dashboard also allows users to manage their messaging, update settings, and request assistance from technicians for any issues they may encounter. By consolidating these functionalities in one intuitive interface, we aimed to simplify and enhance the user experience.
