discover & research

Understanding the business goals and requirements and the technical constraints. Researching the problem and possible solutions.

Define & analyze

This phase involves thoroughly understanding user needs and translating them into actionable insights to guide the design and development process.

design & prototype

The hands-on part, making sketches, wireframes, usability testings, and creating the final layout that might be accompanied by an interactive prototype.

My job doesn't end when I deliver the designs to the development team. I need to make sure that my solutions were correctly implemented and visually aligned.

measure & learn

After launching the product to the users I perform an accessibility analysis, gather feedback, and start planning improvements.
