Uleadz (Software design, mobile app, website)

As a sole designer, and the first one, I have played a crucial role in Uleadz, revolutionizing workforce management through innovative design solutions. By conducting user research, managing the design system, and collaborating with the development team, I have contributed to the development of the desktop version of the software, the mobile app and website. Through seamless automation, AI insights, and a user-centric approach, Uleadz empowers businesses to optimize their field service operations.

As a UX Product Designer, my first priority was understanding the needs and pain points of the users. I conducted in-depth user research through on-phone conversations, gathering valuable insights into their goals, challenges, and expectations when using the Uleadz apps. Additionally, I conducted rigorous usability testing to ensure that the products were being developed in the right direction. By incorporating user feedback into the design process, I ensured that the final products met the users’ needs and provided a seamless experience.

Managing the design system and visual branding of Uleadz was an integral part of my role. I created a cohesive and consistent design system that unified the user experience across different platforms and touchpoints. By establishing design principles, guidelines, and reusable components, I facilitated a seamless and visually appealing experience for users. Additionally, I oversaw all visual aspects of the company, ensuring brand consistency and creating a strong visual identity.
